Hi,

I have bought an R26 some weeks ago and had it running on the table without problems,

Today I installed it to the wall and now the connection is absolutely unstabe.
Meaning it shows conection (blue light) and a couple of seconds later it shows "offline" (red light).

What cold cause this behavoiur and how can I get aroud it?

Many thans,
thowa

Hi Thowa,

Can you show us how you connect the R26 to the network?

Thanks

Hi Akuvox_Neil,

what exactly do you mean with "show us how you connect... to the network"?
The R26p is connected by a network cable to the Fritz-box via an POE-adapter.

The R26p was using dynamic IP from DHCP and after this "offline" issue I have changed it to static IP, but without difference.

Does that answer your question? Are you looking for something else?

best regards,
thowa

Hi Thowa,

Maybe you can upgrade to the frimware version 26.31.3.238 and then reset it to factory settings to use - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=207

Thanks

So far I found out it's a hardware issue. The network jack is lacking... Cross fingers my vendor can fix it :(
