poor video and voice quality

Hello,
I use R26C and have problems with quality of video-stream and voice .
I use the video stream http://IP_Akuvox:8080/video.cgi.
The video stream has a low resolution and high noise. The quality doesn´t change if I change the setting in the web interface. It´s the same picture for VGA and 720p. Does anyone know how I can improve the picture quality?

The voice connection is made internally directly via IP to the R26C and externally via iptel.org. The voice is choppy and with strong backcoupling . Is there any way to improve that?

The intercom is connected via POE adapter to Router.

I use the firmware 26.0.3.43 , Hardware Version 26.1.0.0.0.0.0.0, Camera Type AR0330.

Thanks,
Matthias

Hi Sir,

Could you please share us a screenshot for the video?

Also a pcap file includes voice would help.

And this is the new firmware you can test with:

Best Regards.

Hi Akuvox_Jon,
could you please send me your email to send Screenshot an pcap file...
I installed the new firmware, but some screens are empty:
- Intercom Advanced/RTSP/Motion/CardSetting
- Network advanced

The video and voice quality is the same as with firmware 26.0.3.43

Best regards,
Matthias

Hi Matthias,

You can directly add those files in the forum. Or you can send email to techsupport@akuvox.com for the problem.

After upgrading, you can clear the browser cache first, so the empty interfaces issue will not happen.

Thanks
