My Software on the Device:

Firmware Version 26.31.5.111
Hardware Version 26.1.0.0.0.0.0.0

Unfortunately, I have the problem that the device responds very slowly and the webcam image display hardly responds. With a restart you sometimes get a picture.

The test via ping is different. Sometimes all packets arrive, but mostly not. The call of the website of the device can take up to 20 sec.

I hope from you a solution, so the bell is not helpful for me.
