Problem Audio R50P

Hi,
We are observing that all R50 phones have the same problem, the outgoing audio is too strong and can not be lowered.
Is this problem solved by some firmware?

Hi Sir,
Do you mean the volume of R50 is too strong when it is in a call?
Can you recommand which firmware's volume is ok for you?

Hi,
we have tested all the available firmware one by one and in all the same error occurs, and it is in all phones since we have put a 200 terminals and all the same happens to them.
The problem is that the microphone saturates a lot, the other speaker listens too loudly. That is, the R50 calls a mobile phone, for example, because the mobile phone has to lower the volume to the minimum to be able to listen since the microphone of the R50 saturates the sound a lot.

Hi Sir,
How about the call between 2 units R50 or others scenario? Is it same as the scenario you mentioned, always too loudly?
Have you tried to turn down the volume on R50? If so, could you please share me which level you think it is workable? I will help to submit it as reference.

The problem occurs with the R50 model with all the external telephones or extensions of the same PBX.
We have tried to lower the volume from the website of the phone but the changes do not work.

Do you have tried the firmware version 50.0.6.156, can it work? Does the problem also exist when using the Headset and Hand Free mode?
There is the latest firmware version for you to test.
