I am Shirley from Akuvox technical team.

The custom tones format: frequency/lasting time (600/1000).
For example 600/1000,0/1000, 500/1000 - The signal tone is cyclically played at 600 Hz, 0 Hz, and 500 Hz with 1000 ms.
700+200/1000 - The signal tone is cyclically played in 700 Hz and 200 Hz dual audio with 1000 ms.
