In vfone app the unlock button is missing during the call from Door Unit.
In setting i set up:
Device type: Door Unit
Unlock On
Preview On

Relay 1:
Unlock method DTMF Code
DTMF Code: 0

Unfortunately I any case i didn't manage to get unlock button or ever numeric pad to came up. I tested on 3 different android devices with Android version 6, 7.

Moreover, if the device is in sleep mode (screen off) it disconnect from SIP account and is unable to receive notification from door unit.

May I know which device you use?
You know actually Akuvox device have a white list strategy for security purpose, which means if you didn't add contacts to the door unit, then the DTMF won't work. That is defend people who knew the IP address of door unit to unlock the door with DTMF code with any device.
For Vfone app,indeed didn't make offline push function, but Akuvox cloud with Smartplus app should have better user experience.

Can you tell me more aboout white list strategy for security purpose ?

Why in vfone the is no unlock/dtmf keypad ?

Device: R26 with newest firmware.
On the vfone no unlock, with different sip apps with DTMF dialpad unlock doesnt work atall.

For no unlock button issue, please go to Contact-Add to add a contact for R26.(Add button is on the right top of the contact interface.) See as below please.

You will need to set it door phone, and tun on "Unlock," then you can setup DTMF code for the unlock button, it will show up during the call.

For successful unlocking, you will need to add the sip extension of Vfone into the Push Button number list on R26. There is a security rule, only the SIP extension/IP listed in the push button number can unlock R26 successfully. It makes your home more secure.

Sorry it doesnt work. As you can see in my firs post config is the same as you posted in the image but no unlock button is present. Problem exists in both app vbell and vfone if configured with sip server.
