R26C - Card log

Hello support,

I want to ask something about the R26C.

First of all, I want to be sure, that with the export and import function in the Card Settings menu, I can export my card list to any other device.

Secondly, is there any log for the cards? I mean, I want to have a log about when a card was used by a user.

Hello sir,

1. Of course, you can export the card data and then import to other devices.
Note: The format of the exported file is .tgz, please unzip it then you will see the .xml file that can be imported to other devices.

2. About the card log, you can go to the device's Web - Phone - Door log to check it.
